WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that there is a need
to furnish certain services for the removal of trash and other rubbish from
certain County owned areas, all in accordance with copy of proposal marked
Exhibit A attached herewith and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to seek bids for the Board 's approval relative to the purchase of such
services for County purposes in accordance with the proposal therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. Barton Buss, Director of
Management and Budget for Weld County, advertise for bids to furnish certain
services to the County for the removal of trash and other rubbish, from certain
County owned areas, all in accordance with the proposal hereinabove mentioned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby is
authorized to execute an agreement with the successful bidder for the furnish-
ing of services for County purposes with relation to the removal of trash and
rubbish, all as specified in the attached proposal and to make the same effective
forthwith.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of June, A. D. , 1976.

AGREEMENT REGARDING TRASH REMOVAL SERVICE
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has advertised for bids for trash
removal service all in accordance with proposal marked Exhibit A attached
herewith and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, did receive bids from The Way
Rubbish, Inc. , G & S Sanitation Service, Inc. , and Brantner Trash
Service, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, THE WAY RUBBISH, INC. , submitted the following low bid:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners ,
Weld County, Colorado, that the low bid of THE WAY RUBBISH, INC. , for
tras-h removal from the above listed- facil t as be_ and the same is hereby
accepted and approved and to be effective from June 1 , 1976 to May 31 , 1977.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
seals this 14th day of June, A.D. , 1976.
