HomeMy WebLinkAbout20181284.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR17-0044, FOR A USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (COMMERCIAL PARKING AND STORAGE OF TRUCKS, TRAILERS AND EQUIPMENT FOR A GAS LINE INSTALLATION BUSINESS) PROVIDED THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT A LOT IN AN APPROVED OR RECORDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PART OF A MAP OR PLAN FILED PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF ANY REGULATIONS CONTROLLING SUBDIVISIONS IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - KYLE KEMPEMA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 7th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Kyle Kempema, 2770 East 18th St., Greeley, CO 80631, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0044, for a Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (commercial parking and storage of trucks, trailers and equipment for a gas line installation business) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit: Part of the SW1/4 of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and reviewed the request of the applicant, and continued the matter to April 18, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicant adequate time to present to Planning Commission, which was rescheduled to April 3, 2018, due to a lack of Planning Commission quorum on February 20, 2018, and WHEREAS, on April 18, 2018, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and due to scheduling conflicts, again continued the matter to Monday, April 23, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at which time the Board deemed it appropriate to continue the matter to May 2, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., to allow fora full quorum of the Board, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 2, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. cc.s PLCKOfOa/ MH/Pw(HB/EP), EHCLL), CO.Cpc/ FH), CTBCTs), ct-Pet..
