Thanks Kristine. The applicant met with the Town of Windsor and we would simply echo the Town of
Severance's recommended conditions regarding auxiliary lanes on SH 257 (northbound acceleration lane
and southbound left turn lane) and landscape buffer adjacent to SH 257. Thank you for the opportunity
