ROBERT N. MILLER, District Attorney in and for the 19th Judicial
District of the State of Colorado, through his Deputy, William L.
Crosier , moves this Honorable Court for an Order to transfer title •
of personal property and states as reasons therefore: •
1. On March 21 , 1975 , the People filed a complaint in this
case asking that a nuisance be abated, and also that a Volkswagen
1969, identification number 119669532 be given to the Weld County
Sheriff' s Office .
2 . On Maya , 1975 , this Court entered a Default Judgement

in favor of the People of the State of Colorado, in the above-entitled
•ji

Wherefore, the People respectfully request the Court to order
that the Weld County Sheriff' s Office is the owner of the above-
mentioned personal property and further to order that the title
to the above-named vehicle be transferred to the Weld County
Sheriff' s Department. •

ROBERT N. MILLER, District Attorney in and for the 19th Judicial
District of the State of Colorado, by his Deputy, William L.
Crosier , moves for the entry of a Default Judgement in the above-
entitled case for the following reasons :
1. The Court records reflect that this Court action was commenced
by the filing of a summons and complaint on March 21 , 1975 .

2. The Court records reflect that service of the summons
and complaint was made upon the defendant' s attorney, Larry
Littlefield, on April 2 , 1975.
3 . The Court records reflect that no answer has been
filed on behalf of the defendant, and that no request for H
an extension of time in which to file an answer has been
made or granted.
Wherefore, the People pf the State of Colorado pray for an
entry of the Defendant' s default herein, and judgement for the
People of the State of Colorado.
