Crosier , moves this Honorable Court for an Order to transfer title • of personal property and states as reasons therefore: • 1. On March 21 , 1975 , the People filed a complaint in this case asking that a nuisance be abated, and also that a Volkswagen 1969, identification number 119669532 be given to the Weld County Sheriff' s Office . 2 . Crosier , moves for the entry of a Default Judgement in the above- entitled case for the following reasons : 1. The Court records reflect that this Court action was commenced by the filing of a summons and complaint on March 21 , 1975 . • 2. The Court records reflect that service of the summons and complaint was made upon the defendant' s attorney, Larry Littlefield, on April 2 , 1975. 3 . The Court records reflect that no answer has been filed on behalf of the defendant, and that no request for H an extension of time in which to file an answer has been made or granted.
