RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Extension Advisory Council will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Pat
Kindvall to said Extension Advisory Council as the At -Large Representative, with a term to expire
February 1, 2021, to replace David Moore, who is term limited, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Gail Fiolkoski to said Extension Advisory Council as the Livestock Representative, with a term to
expire February 1, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Pat Kindvall, be, and hereby is, appointed, and Gail Fiolkowski, be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Extension Advisory Council, both with terms to expire February 1,
2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of February, A.D., 2018.
