Home My WebLink About20190579.tiff MINUTES WELD COUNTY COUNCIL December 17, 2018 The Weld County Council met in regular session in full conformity with the Weld County Home Rule Charter at 6:30 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2018, at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 0 Street, Greeley, CO. ROLL CALL: [51 The meeting was called to order by President Gene Stille. Councilmen Charles Tucker, Brett Abernathy, and Jordan Jemiola were present, constituting a quorum of members. Councilman Michael Grillos had an excused absence. Also present was Council Secretary Linda Kane. APPROVAL OF AGENDA : Councilman Jemiola made a motion to amend the agenda to strike old business in the absence of Councilman Grillos. He made a motion to approve the amended agenda, it was seconded by Councilman Abernathy and carried. APPROVAL OF DOCUMENTATION: Approval of November 12, 2018, Minutes Councilman Abernathy made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Councilman Tucker, and the motion carried. REVIEW PROGRAM: There was no review program. PUBLIC COMMENT: Dave Kisker, of Johnstown, thanked Mr. Tucker, Mr. Jemiola and Mr. Grillos for their service. He said it's hard at times to sever the public and he appreciated their dedication. NEW BUSINESS: Coordinator Reports/Councilman Reports There were none. Councilman Jemiola said it was a pleasure to serve Weld County.
