TillS DEED, Made this day of X'1'1- -- 1994 between RICKY K. CECIL, of the County of Weld and State
of Colorado, granter, and GLENN DEWAYNE CECIL, whose legal address is 36640 Weld County Road 51, Eaton, Colorado 80615,
of the County of Weld and State of Colorado, grantee,
WITNESSETH, SSETH, that the grantor for and in consideration of the sum of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
convey and confirm, unto the grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, all the real property together with improvements, if any, situate, lying
and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado described as follows:
A tract of land being all that part of the S 1/4 of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M.,
County of Weld, State of Colorado, lying West of the Centerline of Willow Creek and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 32 and considering the West line of the SW 14 of said Section
32 to bear North O0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto;
thence North 00 dew 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 2641,84 feet to the West Quarter corner of said Section 32;
Thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes 2.5 seconds East, along the North Line of said S 114 1249.34 feet to a point on
the centerline of said Willow Creek;
thence Southerly along said centerline by the following four (4) courses:
South 25 dew 30 minutes 00 seconds East, 389.81 feet;
South 26 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, 945.60 feet;
South 16 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 346.60 feet;

right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell vend convey the same in mariner and form as aforesaid, and that the same are
free and clear from all former and other gets, bargains, sale, liens, taxes, assessments, eneumbranecs and restrictions of whatever kind
or nature soevcr, except: Deed of Trust from Harold beWayne Cecil and Carolyn IC. Cecil to the Public Trustee of the County of Weld
for the use of Farmers Home Mminispation recorded August 14, :1974 in Book 721 at Reception No. 1642751 and Deed of Trust from
Ricky. R. Cecil to the Public Trustee of the County of Weld for the use of Farmers Home Administration recorded April 30, 15'85 in Book
1067 at Reception No, 02007733.
The grantor shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the grantee, its heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming the whole or any part thereof.
The singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
