Bids were received and opened on May 10, 2018 for bid B1800102 EMC Avamar capacity
licensing. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $41,598.34 to $43,574.81. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Advanced Network
Management (ANM) proposed the lowest cost solution of $41,598.34 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1800102 EMC Avamar
capacity licensing to Advanced Network Management (ANM) for a total amount of $41,598.34.
