Upon review of the nineteen (19) bid responses received through the Request for Proposal (REP)
process for Child Welfare -Various Services, Bid No. 1800058, we recommend the acceptance of
the submitted bid responses and request approval to enter into contracts with those vendors for
the 2018-19 program year, June 1, 2018 through May 31. 2019. Those vendors, along with the
recommended renewals for 2018-19 program year, are noted on the attached document. All
vendors and services were reviewed and recommendations approved by the IIuman Services
Advisory Commission (HSAC) on Friday, April 20, 2018.
