Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said proposed road, on the 20 - L day of October, 1914 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. A ., being the time and place .f specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows : I We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and ran Commenocing at the intersection of Road No. 333 at the Southeast corner of section 2. Township 3, Range 64, thence West to the Southwest corner of section 2, thence North to the Northweet corner of section 2, Township 3, range 64, thence North to the Northwest corner of oeotion 35 to Road. 338, thence West on section . jail line between sections 27 & 34, 23 F 33, 29 & 32, 30 & 31 to Road Nc, 134 . a Commencing at section corners of ceotions 27- 23- 33- 34, Township 4, range 64 , running three miles on section line between sections 27 b 23 , 21 b 22• , 15 8 16 to Road Ho, 564, thence East on section line between sections 10 and 15, 11 and 14, 12 and 13 to Road No. 405, Township 4, range 64, Weld County, Colorado . Commencing at the section corners 28-29-32-33 and running one mile North to the section corners 28-29-20-21,T. 4,8.64. - It - . 231 Commencing at the section corners 14-15-22-23 and being on Road No.338,thenoe on section line one mile East • The last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most praotioable route which we in our judgment can find.We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed 1 for, viz;: We, the undersigned viewers recommend that the road as prayed for in petition be granted, excepting on section lines between sections 12 & 13, 34 &35, Township 4, Range 64, and between sections 2 and 3, 2 and 11, Township 3, Range 64, . Weld County,Colorado. Also we recommend that the East half mile of road prayed for between sections 14 and -23, Twp. 4,-R.64, be not granted, the West half mile thereof having been granted heretofore and is now used as a public road. On a000unt of a dispute of routing of the Southern three miles of the road prayed for in petition, we recommend that the line be definitely decided upon and agreed upon among those in dispute before further petitioning -for opening of same. In consideration of $100.00 per mile I hereby grant all land required and recommended for road purposes by the Road Viewers appointed to view road petitioned for and granted as recommended by said viewers, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 12th day of June , 1915, and known as County Road No. 611, all in Township 4, Range 64, Weld County. Colorado. Said ground being thirty feet in width and lying along land side of section lines of all/owned by me in said township and range aforesaid. I further agree that I will fence all of the above land touching on my land at my own expense. The above consideration to cover right of way and all expense of fencing.
