I was waiting on confirmation from Germany on a few details related to your question. Our answers are below: • We commercialize the pipe typically via a day rate rental basis, but it could be an outright purchase. • Prices have ranged from $0/day trial up to $22/day. With an average of about $11/day. • Our total earnings on the pipe thus far is only $27,241.69 • The useful life of the pipe is hard to say at this point, but we think 3-5 yrs. • The pipe entered weld county approximately May 12th 2016 • The pipe is used for oil/gas well drilling. Currently mostly on a developmental basis to assess advantages over the incumbent steel pipe. Our goal would be to reduce the value of the pipe given the developmental stage the product is in in, which would be considerably lower than the current cost plus value that was used for the tax assessment. Probably something like a reduction of half the current value would be more appropriate. We appreciate and look forward to your consideration on this issue. Regards, Roger J.
