The Fleet Services Department recommends awarding the bid to Vermeer Colorado as they are
the lowest bidder that meets all specifications. The low bidder did not meet the 18 -inch
capacity drum or the 170 HP engine minimum specification. Cost for the lowest bid chipper
that meets minimum specification is $ 66995.00.
