RE: Letter of December 14, 1977
Dear Mr. Spallone:
As per your letter referenced above, I have reviewed the matter
and find that we may issue the permit to you to construct a
building for the purpose of storage of equipment. Prior to
final authorization, I would like the following information:
1. Size of the structure;
2. Location of the structure; and
3. Evidence that the structure will not be within the
100 year flood plain. This evidence must be cer-
tified by a State of Colorado Registered Engineer.
The structure, if allowed, will be required to be removed upon
the completion of the gravel operation. The reclamation plan
does not show any structure, and therefore, the building would
have to be removed. Hopefully this has answered your questions
at this time.
