The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the lowest bidder that meets specs, Wagner
Equipment Co, for one, 3 -Ton Double Drum Vibratory Roller at a cost of $38,313.40. The lowest bidder, Titan
Machinery did not meet specs for Engine Horse Power.
Maintenance and Service manuals are available online for $350.00 per computer (we would need just one).
The cost for one, 3 -Ton Double Drum Vibratory Roller with one online subscription fee for Maintenance and
Service manuals is $38,663.40.
There is $60,000 budgeted for this purchase.
