A public hearing was conducted on May 30, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Mike Freeman
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
a I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 24, 2018, and duly published April 27,
2018, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Leslie
Anne Windyka, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR18-0009, for a Kennel Facility (for up to 17 dogs and 2 cats) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
• Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of the need
for a continuance to allow the applicant time to meet the 30 -day mineral notification requirements
and to present to the Planning Commission on June 5, 2018. In response to Commissioner
Conway, Mr. Gathman stated the applicant is in agreement with the continuance date.
• No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
• Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Leslie Anne Windyka, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR18-0009, for a Kennel Facility
(for up to 17 dogs and 2 cats) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to June 20, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.,
to allow the applicant to meet the 30 -day mineral notification requirement and to present to
Planning Commission on June 5, 2018. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Freeman,
and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at
10:07 a.m.
