RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE HEARING, PCSC17-0014,
CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR12-0022 - ROBERT L.
SELTZER FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 21, 2018, the Board has been presented with a Probable Cause
Hearing, PCSC17-0014, Concerning Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0022, for Robert L.
Seltzer Family Trust, at which time the Board set a Show Cause Hearing, and
WHEREAS, a Show Cause hearing before the Board was held on the 29th day of
October, 2018, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to April 10,
2019, to allow the Robert L. Seltzer Family Trust, 33641 County Road 83, Briggsdale, Colorado
80611, adequate time to have an attorney representative present and allow the newly planted
landscaping time to become established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 10, 2019,
at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of October, A.D., 2018.
