Steinmark Subject: Weld County Centennial Center Phase III Greeley, Colorado Serial Letter No. 130 Dear Commissioners: The Phase III work will begin on Mach 6, 1978. This work predominately is centered in the Plaza area. It wil be necessary to secure the site during construction and demolition. This will be done by locking the west doors of the Courthouse until approximately August 1, 1978. During the months ahead, portions of the sidewalk around the Courthouse will be replaced and access will be limited to specific entrances to the building. We will so notify you of those specific dates at a later date. The demolition work will begin March 13, 1978 and complete approximately six (6) weeks later. Please bear with us during this time of noise and traffic congestion on Tenth Street. Hopefully, this advance notice will assist you and the Courthouse personnel.
