There will be a Public Hearing before the Weld County Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 16, 2018
at 12:30pm. A subsequent hearing will be held on February 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with the Board of County
Commissioners. Both hearings will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building,

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The Pipeline will cross Section 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of T1 N, R65W and Section 1, 11 and 12 of T1N,
R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
LOCATION: Generally located north of County Road 10; East of County Road 33; south of State Highway 52 and
west of County Road 43
