RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Brian Kuznik to the Regional Communications Advisory Board as the Greeley Fire Chief
Representative, replacing Roger Waters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Brian Kuznik be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board, which is a Standing Position.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2018.
