Thank you so much for getting back to me. I will work on getting documentation that Mallard is the parent company of
DPOC LLC and Alpha DJ Holdings. When I do get that documentation and gather all the leases reception numbers that
this applies to, do I still need to send it over in a letter? Or would emailing it to you be sufficient?
I will hold off on the DPOC LLC to Bison Oil and Gas II request for consent to assign letter until we get everything
properly transferred into DPOC's name.

Good Afternoon,
After discussing with my manager, we have decided correspondence advising that Mallard Exploration is parent
company to the subsidiaries, Alpha DJ Holdings and DPOC LLC, and listing all reception nos. for which leases this applies
to would be sufficient. However, once a lease is transferred out to an outside company (i.e. Bison Oil and Gas II) this
would require a Consent to Assignment.
First, I will need the correspondence advising of all the company subsidiaries prior to processing the assignments out to
Bison. Once our records reflect how the leases go from their original company to DPOC LLC then we can go on with the
assignment to Bison Oil and Gas II. This Consent to Assignment can be done as one letter, acknowledging all applicable
leases by reception nos., and accompanied with proper payment.

Hi Amanda,
My name is Madi and I am with Mallard Exploration. I just left you a voicemail but I wanted to send you an email too
incase that is easier for you!
My question is about three request for consent to assign's that I need to get submitted for Mallard and its subsidiary
companies, Alpha DJ Holdings and DPOC LLC. The first assignment is from Mallard Exploration to DPOC LLC, the second is
from Alpha DJ Holdings to DPOC LLC, and the third is from DPOC LLC to Bison Oil & Gas II LLC. The Alpha DJ Holdings to
DPOC LLC requests the assignment of nine Weld County Leases. Two of those nine leases are then assigned from DPOC
LLC to Bison Oil & Gas II. My question is, can I submit both of these requests to you at the same time, or do I need to
submit the Alpha DJ Holdings to DPOC LLC first, wait for it to be approved, and then request the DPOC LLC to Bison Oil &
Gas II? Either way works for us, I just wanted to get your preference.
Which ever you prefer we will do; the Mallard Exploration to DPOC LLC assignment doesn't have any follow up
assignments as of right now, so would it be okay to submit that request with one or both of the others as well?
