RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REPLAT TO VACATE UTILITY EASEMENT OF LOT 7, BLOCK 6
OF THE REPLAT OF BLOCK 6, HIGHLAND HILLS SUBDIVISION, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of January, 1979, a public hearing
was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado concerning the application of Leona P. Moser, for a
replat to vacate a utility easement of Lot 7, Block 6 of the
replat of Block 6, Highland Hills Subdivision, Weld County, Colo-
rado, more particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot wide utility easement to be vacated
located on the East side, shown as the shaded
area on attached drawing, of Lot 7, Block 6
of the replat of Block 6, Highland Hills Sub-
division, Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Com-
mission, and having been fully informed, is satisfied that the
proposed replat to vacate a utility easement of Lot 7, Block 6
of the replat of Block 6, Highland Hills Subdivision, conforms
in all respects with the requirements of the Weld County Subdi-
vision Regulations and finds that the approval of said replat
would be in the best interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat to vacate a
utility easement of Lot 7, Block 6 of the replat of Block 6, High-
land Hills Subdivision be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
January, A.D. , 1979.

We are requesting that a ten foot utility easement on the east side of
Lot 7, Block 6 of Replat of Block 6, Highland Hills Subdivision, Weld
County, Colorado, be vacated.

After the final plat was filed and accepted, an additional ten foot
easement was granted on the west side of Lot 7 to facilitate sewer service.
The easement on the east side has never been used and the owner requests
that it be vacated.
We are submitting a plat depicting the vacation and approvals of all
utility companies.
