REVITIZATION BUILDING PERMIT PAYMENTS
This cover letter shall serve as authority from the Board of Weld County Commissioners to spend up to
$5,000.00 for the payment of building permit fees for the Hill -N -Park housing revitalization effort done
in cooperation with the Weld County Habitat for Humanity. The funds can only be used to pay Weld
County building permits for homes participating in this program as outlined on the attached work
session pass -around dated May 8, 2018. The program with the initial $5,000.00 shall end December 31,
2018. Any extension shall be dealt with as part of the 2019 budget process.
Funds for this program shall come from the Economic Development Trust Fund #7022.
