RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR18-0067, FOR A HOME BUSINESS
(AUTOMOBILE MODIFICATION) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT -
ADAM HILTON AND LASHAWN LAGUARDIA HILTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit, USR18-0067, for a Home Business (automobile modification) in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Adam Hilton and Lashawn Laguardia Hilton, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 14th day of November, 2018, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until January 16, 2019, to allow
for the applicant's attorney to be present for the Planning Commission hearing, which was
continued to December 18, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 16,
2019 , at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of November, A.D., 2018.
