Name : Allen and Elsie Clark
It seems that the Weld County Government enjoys picking on the "little guy" and the people who try to
follow the rules . Yet, when we need their help in other matters they are never there . Allen and Elsie
Clark keep their property in excellent condition . They built a beautiful garage on their property and all
of the existing sheds are in excellent condition, yet you insist on telling them they must be removed . I
am at a lost as to what law or regulation determines that they need to do this, I have no, I repeat NO
OBJECTION to these buildings on their property. Please let them keep their existing sheds and buildings ,
But I must ask; Where was the county when a horse starved to death this winter and several of us
complained ? Where was the county when the weeds on the neighbors get to be two feet tall ? Where is
the county when we need our roads maintained ? r have been here since 2008 and r have never seen a
grader on McGuire Avenue, or Paden Avenue . Yet, these are designated county roads and county
property . Where was the county when we complained about a mean dog? Where was the county when
a neighbor can keep 11 dogs on their property? ( Which bark day and night. ) We all pay taxes for these
services, yet it is the law-abiding neighbors that get the attention and penalties . Thanks a lot Weld

This letter is in regards to Case ## USR
To the PC and the BOCC of Weld County
The subject matter of an accessory building on the property of Allen & Elsie Clark seems to be
absolutely a waste of our taxpayers money.
I would like to know who or what is it hurting>>>>>>>>>> NO ONE
Is it unsightly > > > >> NO
Does it interfere with the View of any of the neighbors>>>>>>>>>>>> >> > O
If you all need something to do to justify your jobs why don't you have something done about the weed
control out there that fosters rodents,snakes, and bugs that harm people and pets . Why don't you get
after these people that let their property go uncontrolled year after year after year.
What about all the dogs out there? Some uncontrolled, \\\ reports of dog bites, was told that its just an
average dog bite . Nothing average about nerve damage and loss of work and pain and suffering.
Barking is out of control at times. Vicious dog known to have attacked someone in Wellington and
were told put the dog down . SOOO they end up in Carr and still have the dog. Can't go for a nice calm
walk in that little town for fear of the dogs. And what about 1 residence having 11 dogs.
We are all taxpayers out there but seem like all you want to do is tell us what we can 't do with our
own property because of some dumb ass section Bla Bla Bla that someone dream-pt up to control some
decent tax paying home owners, why can't there be something done about the roads in Can that tears
up our vehicles, What about the trees that are blocking the view of anyone turning onto the highway off
of 5th st.
Leave these people alone and deal with problems that can harm people if you need something to do to
Justify your job. Who really cares about too much gross floor area. This is the most ridiculous rule or
law or what ever you want to call it I have heard of. The reason behind it is9777779 If you can't do
something worth while and constructive out there then just what are we paying taxes on?? Sure isn't
the rows,, Sure isn't weed control, , sure isn't the well being of the residence.
Did you know that Allen had open heart sugary a couple of months ago??
Did you know the Elsie suffers every day with arthritis in her back and feet .
Did you know that her Mother is fighting cancer
