RE: APPOINTMENT OF FRANK J. SUCKLA AS A MEMBER OF THE WELD
COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING JULY 31,
1980.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Planning
Commission in District VI, due to the expiration of the term of
Ron Heitman, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Frank J. Suckla of
Fort Lupton, Colorado be appointed to membership on said Planning
Commission for a three (3) year term to expire on July 31, 1980
to represent District VI.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Frank J. Suckla be and
hereby is appointed as a member of the Weld County Planning Com-
mission for District VI for a three (3) year term to expire
July 31, 1980.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
