RE: Notification of an Application for a Use by Special Review for Oak Leaf Anderson Solar Garden filed by
Oak Leaf Solar XXVIII LLC.

mineral interests as reflected in the records of the Weld County Assessor or the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder, with respect to property that is the subject of the referenced application.
You are hereby notified that the Weld County Planning Department is considering an application for a Use by
Special Review for the referenced project on property located near Weld County Road 36 & Weld County
Road 31, legally described as SE4 9-3-66 EXC N300' $ E225' ALSO EXC UPPR RES (1.67R4.69D). The nature of
the proposed plat is to develop a 2MW community solar garden, utilizing approximately 10-12 acres. The
solar array will be single axis tracking (no noise or and imperceptible motion, tracking the path of the
overhead sun throughout the day) & the site will not require significant grading or civil work. You are invited
to attend the Planning Commission meeting to discuss this project which will occur on 4/3/2018 at 12:30 pm,
Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
The list of mineral estate owners being notified of this public hearing has been supplied by the applicant and
derived from the current records of the Weld County Assessor and the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. As
