RE : APPROVAL OF LEASE OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE WELD COUNTY
GENERAL HOSPITAL FOUR PHASE COMPUTER TERMINAL.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on November 7 , 1977 , the Board of County Commissioners
approved Equipment Lease Agreement No. L62-174 by and between Four
Phase Systems and the Weld County General Hospital for the leasing
of computer terminal equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County General Hospital has requested an
expansion of said lease to include the leasing of a Decimal Instruc-
tion Set that would allow for increased efficiency and a smoother
operation through remote data entry, and
WHEREAS, the cost of said additional equipment would be $95 . 00
per month, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens of Weld
County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request to expand
Equipment Lease Agreement No. L62-174 to include the leasing of a
Decimal Instruction Set, be and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
June, A.D. , 1978 .
