RESOLUTION State of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder
RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 1978 REGARDING SUB-
' DIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 66 - KENT HUDSON.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado adopted a Resolution on September 13, 1978 exempting
parcels of land owned by Kent Hudson from the definition of
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-
101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, in the abovementioned Resolution, said parcels of
land were described as being located in Part of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. Said parcels of land should have
been described as being located in Part of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in said Resolution, Tract 2 was incorrectly described.
The corrected legal description of Tract 2 reads as follows :
TRACT 2
All of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, lbanship 4
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Weld County, Colorado, and all of the South Half of
the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 16, 1tiwnship 4 North,
Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld
County, Colorado, except the following described tract:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said South Half
of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter;
Thence along the East line of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 16 South 79.70 feet;
Thence parallel with said North line of the South
Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter South 89°16'00" West 206.00 feet;
Thence parallel with said Fast line of the Northeast
Quarter North 79.70 feet to the North line of said
South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;

Thence along said North line North 89°16'00" East
206.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract
contains 14.77 acres, more or less, and is subject
to a 30.00 foot road right of way along the Fact line
thereof, is subject to the existing County road right
of way along the East line thereof, and is subject
to all other easements and rights of way now existing
or of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the legal descriptions
of the Resolution dated September 13, 1978 regarding Subdivision
Exemption No. 66 for Kent Hudson be, and hereby are, corrected to
read as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
November, A.D. , 1978.
