RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF REPLAT OF LOT 22 , JB ACRES SUBDIVISION, 5TH FILING.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of December, 1979 , a public hearing
was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado concerning the application of Jerry Bigbee for a replat
of Lot 22, JB Acres Subdivision, 5th filing, and
WHEREAS, part of Lot A of Amended Recorded Exemption No. 365
will be added to Lot 22 in JB Acres Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Com-
mission, and having been fully informed, is satisfied that the
proposed replat of Lot 22 , JB Acres Subdivision, 5th Filing, conforms
in all respects with the requirements of the Weld County Subdivision
Regulations and finds that the approval of said replat would be
in the best interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of Lot 22,
JB Acres Subdivision, 5th Filing, be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
December, A.D. , 1979.

Gentlepersons :
In concern with the corner pins for Lot 22, J-B Acres , the pins
had not been set for Lot 22. It appeared that the right-of-way
pins at the breakpoint was represented to be the lot corner of
Lot 22. Upon completion of the Cleeland' s house, the Property
Improvement Location Plat showed the Cleeland' s North boundary
line to be closer to their house than they had believed it to be .
This Replat is submitted in order to resolve the difference between
the actual North line of Lot 22 and the North line of Lot 22 as
represented to the Cleelands.
