RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ralph Anders and Jean Mark be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Ralph Anders and Jean Mark to
said board, both with terms to expire August 19, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ralph Anders and Jean Mark, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board, with their terms to expire on August 19, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2018.
