RE: WELD COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS , by resolution dated the 8th day of March,
1976, the Human Services Committee was permanently established
and eight members appointed thereto, and
WHEREAS , the Board believes it to be in the best interests
of the County to enlarge said committee to add ex-officio, non-
voting, advisory members , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following be
appointed as ex-officio members to wit:
1. Alice Mack, Council of Governments Director of
Human Resource Planning
2 . Betty DeGabin, Social Services Field Area Representative
3. One representative from Colorado Human Services Cabinet
Council
4 . One representative from Weld County Community Center
Foundation
5. One representative from Weld County Mental Health
Center, Inc.
6. One representative from Colorado State Division of
Employment
7. One representative from Social Security Administration
8 . One representative from Colorado Division of Rehabil-
itation
9 . One representative from Colorado Rural Legal Services
10. One representative from Greeley Area Ministrial Association
11. One representative from Colorado State Division of Parole
12 . District Attorney of the 19th Judicial District
13. Colorado State Department of Probation, and
WHEREAS , furthermore the Board desires to appoint Connie
Green, Executive Director of the United Way, as a voting member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove mentioned
persons be appointed to serve on the Weld County Human Services
Committee; and that they shall serve in the capacity at the pleasure
of the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted this 10th day of May, A. D. , 1976.
