Dear Mr. Lundvall :
Weld County is holding a demand note on property listed as follows:
Hill-N-Park, West 66-5-26 -- dated 7/2/73, in the amount
of $370,000 with an original completion date of 7/2/75.
The demand note was to guarantee street and/or subdivision improvements;
however, the completion date of these improvements is long past due.
The County requests a reply from you as to the status of the improvements
covered by the demand note. We would like to schedule an inspection
of those improvements which have been completed to-date; if the improve-
ments are acceptable, the County will release the demand note. Please
list a revised completion date for improvements which have not been
completed.
We thank you for your attention to this matter. We would appreciate
a reply within the month of July.

SUBJECT: WEST HILL-N-PARK UTILITY STATUS AND STREETS, PROJECT NO. 70 1 TRP 0136
Mr. Roy Lundvall has asked us to submit to you a status report of the utilities
and streets in the West Hill-N-Park Trailer Park.
West Hill-N-Park is in two filings containing a total of 406 lots. The First
Filing was approved and filed in July of 1973 and the Second Filing was sub-
mitted for approval in August of this year.
Following is a breakdown of the percent completion of all utilities in both
Filings.
