This Deed of Dedication is presented to satisfy a condition of approval required with the approval of 2MUSR17-09-1708 a Use by Special Review for and Oil and Gas Support Facility (Class II - Oil Waste Disposal Facility) and associated Improvements and Road Maintenance Agreement. The additional right of way is necessary to meet the design requirements for adequate turning lanes.
