RE: DECLARING INVENTORY PARTS FOR ADAMS MOTORGRADERS AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has identified that Weld
County no longer has a need for the parts inventory to support
Adams Motorgraders, and
WHEREAS, Adams County is proposing to have a joint auction
on October 6, 1979 in which the last of the Adams Motorgraders
owned by Weld County will be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that all parts for Adams
Motorgraders are hereby declared as surplus property, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the Purchasing Agent and the
County Engineer are hereby authorized to sell the above parts
on October 6, 1979 at the Adams County Auction that Weld County
will be participating in with Adams County, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent and the
County Engineer are hereby authorized to make the necessary
arrangements with Adams County to add the Adams parts to the
items being sold at the auction on October 6, 1979, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parts inventory at the IGA
shops should be reduced by the book value of these Adams parts
at the time that they are declared surplus.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

October, A.D. , 1979.
