WHEREAS, on or about May 21 , 1975, by Resolution,
the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
did apply for $100, 000 Community Development Grant, to be
used for the acquisition of the specific property known as
Burger-Fry Subdivision, and to relocate those persons living
therein, and
WHEREAS , all rules and regulations as promulgated
by the Federal Government have been complied with as pro-
posed and pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974 (PL-93-383) , relative to application
for said grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that pursuant
to Federal Law and in accordance with the aforementioned
Act, the Clerk to the Board, be, and hereby is authorized
and directed to publish notice of the Board' s action all
in accordance with said Act.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted
by the following vote this 10th day of September, 1975.
