RE: APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR EVANSTON COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , it has been requested that the Board of County
Commissioners approve the expenditure of $320 for the rehabili-
tation of a home in the Evanston Community Development Project,
and
WHEREAS, said funds are available from the Colorado Housing
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisa-
ble and in the best interests of Weld County, Colorado to approve
the expenditure of additional funds for the Evanston Community
Development Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the expenditure of $320 for the rehabilitation
of a home included in the Evanston Community Development Project
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
July, A.D. , 1978.
