Please be advised that on July 2, 2018, Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are 1687 Cole Blvd., Ste. 300 Golden, CO 80401; (970) 396-5252 submitted a request for partial
acreage release for the Longmont Distel Operations, Permit No. M-1989-029. The construction materials
extraction operation is located at or near Section 8, Township 2N, Range 68W, 6 Principal Meridian in
Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to and additional information obtained
from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety: 1313 Sherman Street, Rm 215, Denver, CO 80203 -
