Subject: Commitment Letter Request
Regarding: 13496 Weld County Road 1, Longmont, CO, LOT B
Ms. Bruxvoort;
This letter is to confirm that Longs Peak Water District is committed to serve domestic
water service to the aforementioned address with proposed LOT B. This property, located in
the SW 1/4 SEC 30 T3N R68 W has been historically situated within the boundaries of Longs
Peak Water District and therefore is eligible to receive domestic water service subject to the
Bylaws, Policies and Regulations of the District. A water tap has not been purchased for LOT
B, and it is the understanding of the District, that there are no immediate desires to build a
home on this lot as the proposed County changes will limit the use to agriculture purposes.
If a water tap is requested in the future, all "then current" fees and raw water transfer
requirements must be met. If any off -site infrastructure is needed, it will be the financial
responsibility of the individual requesting the tap.
