The Windsor Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April
18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Municipal Building, 301 Walnut
Street, Windsor, Colorado. In addition, the Town Board is scheduled to hold a
public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the same location. The
purpose of these hearings is as follows:
The purpose of these meetings is to receive public comment on the proposed
annexation of an approximate 288.37 acre area known as the Thornton Farm 24.
The subject property is located north of Weld County Road 76 and east of Weld
County Road 13. The annexation petitioners are requesting Residential Mixed Use
(RMU) zoning classification.
The Town of Windsor is required by law to notify property owners within three -
hundred feet (300') of any proposed annexation or rezoning. Please feel free to
attend any of the above meetings. Additional information is available in the
Planning Department office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, at
the above address. Prior to coming to the office, please call the Planning
Department for an appointment to ensure that the information and staff are readily
available.
