RE: APPOINT G. FRANK SMITH, MEMBER, UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board
of Appeals shall consist of five members as provided by reso-
lution dated September 25, 1974, and
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Richard Straub,
a vacancy does now exist on said Board. It has been recommended
that G. Frank Smith be appointed to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. G. Frank Smith
be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Weld
County Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals to fulfill the
unexpired term of Richard Straub, term to expire December 31, 1976.
yThe above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
day of April, A.D. , 1976.
