I wanted to clarity that the Gaffney 2-29-8-61 is located in Sections 20 and 29, 8N, 61W but Weld County has leases in
only one section. Both of the leases that are credited to Weld County are located in Section 20 and these leases make up
Tract 3. Tract 3 is listed on the title opinion for Section 20 -8N -61W (Sievers). Each lease contains 1.21 acres and Tract 3
has 2.42 total acres. Since both leases are exactly the same the decimal interest that is credited for each is the same. To
avoid confusion, we credited Weld Co with a R1 and R2 to represent each lease. I have attached a copy of the payment
history to confirm that Weld Co has been paid for both leases. Since the previous division order left off Section 20, I have
updated the description for you.
