Both of the leases that are credited to Weld County are located in Section 20 and these leases make up Tract 3. Tract 3 is listed on the title opinion for Section 20 -8N -61W (Sievers). Each lease contains 1.21 acres and Tract 3 has 2.42 total acres. Since both leases are exactly the same the decimal interest that is credited for each is the same. To avoid confusion, we credited Weld Co with a R1 and R2 to represent each lease. I have attached a copy of the payment history to confirm that Weld Co has been paid for both leases.
