RE: AUTHORIZATION OF WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ESTABLISH TRUST
FUND FOR CENTENNIAL BUILDING PLAZA CONTRIBUTIONS .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deem it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
to authorize the Weld County Treasurer to establish a trust fund
for Centennial Building Plaza contributions, which contributions
are to be used for a fountain, statue or sculpture, the decision
on which will be made at a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners that Mike Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, be and
hereby is authorized to establish a trust fund for Centennial
Building Plaza contributions to be used for a fountain, statue, or
sculpture, a decision on which will be constructed to be made at
a later date.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
March, A.D. , 1978 .
