Home My WebLink About20180107.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPOINTMENT OF KIMBERLY DEWEY AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a need exists to appoint another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is the desire of the Board to appoint Kimberly Dewey as Deputy Clerk to the Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Kimberly Dewey, be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to the Board, effective January 8, 2018. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D., 2018.
