That they, and each of them, are electors residing within the County of Weld, State of Colorado, and within the territory to be included in the proposed Frederick Area Fire Protection District. 2. That as such electors , they are desirous of having this Court assume jurisdiction of the subject matter of this action and proceed to the organization of a fire protection district as provided by Title 32-5-301 to 346 , Colorado Revised Statutes 1973. 3. Petitioners state that such proposed district shall be known as"FREDERICK AREA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT. " 4.
