The City of Greeley will provide water and sanitary sewer service to the above mentioned site. Service is
contingent upon meeting the pre -requisites of the Joint Resolution 66, 1998, including annexation of the
property to the City of Greeley and payment of applicable raw water, plant investment fees for the water and
sewer taps, including the fees for the water meter and installation of the taps.
According to our Planning Division, this lot does not currently meet contiguity for annexation. Therefore,
the site will be able to acquire water and sanitary sewer service prior to annexing. The above conditions will
need to be met as well as executing an outside city service agreement that the property owner promises to
annex the parcel at such time in the future when annexable or the city requests annexation.
