RE: GRANT PERMISSION TO GREELEY STAMPEDE COMMITTEE FOR USE OF
WELD COUNTY BUILDINGS AT ISLAND GROVE PARK.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has received a request from the Greeley Stampede Com-
mittee for use of the following Weld County Buildings at Island
Grove Park:
DATE BUILDING
June 27 - July 5 Open Stock Pavillion
June 27 - July 5 Exhibition Building (Northeast corner
rooms on Main floor)
June 29 , 30 , July 1, Main Floor of Exhibition Building
2 and 3
June 29 and 30 Kitchen and Exhibition Building
WHEREAS , the Board desires to grant permission to said Greeley
Stampede Committee for use of the abovementioned facilities on
said dates, and further desires to waive all fees for the use
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the
Greeley Stampede Committee for use of the abovementioned facilities
at Island Grove Park on said dates be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board that the fees for the
use of said facilities be, and hereby is , waived.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
March, A.D. , 1979 . ff-

We are anticipating holding five dances this year, we will
