Clearly, a year and a half earlier it would be worth significantly less given the rise in property values over time in Colorado. Additionally, comparable properties in our neighborhood (including our next door neighbor's house) sold for $270k -$380k during the applicable time frame. The current valuation does not seem to take into account the values of the homes at the applicable time period. 1. 9104 18th Street 3755 square feet sold for $360k on 6/2/16 built by same builder and has pretty much the same finishes as our house but slightly bigger and unknown whether it had backyard landscaping and/or fence at time of sale. 2. 1820 90th Avenue (our next door neighbors built by same builders) - 3122 square feet, sold 7/17/17 for $349k 3. 1821 90th Avenue (across the street neighbors same builders) - 3653 square feet sold 5/16/17 for 368K 4. 1804 90th Avenue (down the street) — 1588 square feet — sold for $339k on 5/16/16 5. 9101 19th Street Road — 1842 square feet — sold for $367k on 4/14/16 6. 1916 90th Avenue — 3430 square feet — sold for $345k on 6/20/14 7. 1912 90th Avenue — 2472 square feet — sold for $329k on 8/14/14 8. 9115 18th Street — 2645 square feet — sold for $382k on 11/06/16 9. 1813 88th Avenue Court — 3114 square feet — sold for $299k on 04/28/17 10.1715 88th Avenue Court — 2700 square feet — sold for $270k on 09/07/16 11. 8723 W. 17th Street Road — 3000 square feet — sold for $279k on 6/29/16 12.
