The Department of Planning Services requests to modify the staff recommendation as follows :
Under the heading " Prior to Construction " move items
5 . F The applicant shall submit written evidence of the conditionally approved Town of Hudson right-of-way
permit prior to installing the pipeline or for improvements, as applicable. (Town of Hudson)
5. G The applicant shall submit a copy of the signed Henrylyn Irrigation District crossing agreement/
easement or provide a letter that an adequate attempt has been made to mitigate the concerns of the
ditch company or a letter indicating no agreement is necessary to the Department of Planning Services .

5. H The applicant shall submit a copy of the signed Jim Lateral No . 1 and No. 2 crossing agreement/
easement or provide a letter that an adequate attempt has been made to mitigate the concerns of the
