Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals 550.00, or pay yearly whichever occurs first, or as required
by applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or
operator or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory
rights under the laws of the state in which the property is located.

It seems that the platt I sent you was not the most recent platt due to the fact that we had resurveyed and is shown on
updated title we got. Therefore the 8.6 acres shown should be correct for E4.

Back in October you were in contact with Ms. Karla Ford regarding a discrepancy in the royalty interest amount on two
Dunn wells (Dunn 7i-201 and Dunn 7i-321). Last stated on October 4, 2017, you would be back in contact after verifying
with your landman. I am still pending your verification in order to process the two division orders. Please advise of what
you and your landman have verified the royalty interest on these wells (detailed calculation) so that I may proceed with
the processing of the division orders for Weld County records.

Yes — lease 62. It was 8.60 acres, 2.69 Mineral Acres. So that would mean that 2.69 dived by 8.60 = 31.279 % not 31.25
— not sure if that is a big deal or not. But that is what we come up with.
