RE: APPOINTMENT OF NORMAN CARLSON AS MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD FOR A TERM EXPIRING
JULY 23, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Municipal
Airport Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has elected Norman
Carlson to membership on the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority
Board to fill the unexpired term of Victor L. Jacobucci, said
term to expire on July 23, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Norman Carlson be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority
Board to fill the unexpired term of Victor L. Jacobucci. Said
term to expire on July 23, 1980.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
January, A.D. , 1979.
